The new apartment in the extended private area of Klínovec Meadows, completed in 2022 in Loučná pod Klínovcem, brings you full comfort above the standard, complemented by a direct view of Klínovec. So you can check the situation on the slope right from your bed when you wake up! This apartment provides a separate bedroom upstairs that offers two double beds, downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen including a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso capsule coffee machine. Furthermore, a dining table from which you can admire the panoramas of Germany's highest mountain, the Fichtelberg Ore Mountains, during breakfast. There is also a high-quality sofa bed, which means that our apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. On the ground floor you will also find a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. This apartment includes two balconies from which you can enjoy views of the Krušnohorská panorama. The large balcony, when opened by a pair of sliding French doors, wonderfully connects the entire lower floor directly to the outdoor space in the summer.
The reserved parking space is directly in front of the apartment in the closed area.
Water consumption, electricity and final cleaning are included in the rental price.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels are included in the rental.
The refundable deposit is CZK 2,500/EUR 100 payable on site.
Pets are not allowed.
This accommodation cannot host hen parties or other similar celebrations.
Please note that the bedroom is upstairs and steep stairs are required, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or small children.
