Brand new mountain apartment with a generous layout of 3 + kk (60 m2) is located in the immediate vicinity of the Klínovec Ski Resort (250 m to the lift) in a private enclosed area completed in 2021. The apartment has 2 bedrooms for 2 + 4 people, a living room with a large sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a microwave and a classic oven, a flat-screen TV and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. The advantage is the luxurious environment of the apartment and two balconies for your relaxation. Water consumption, electricity and final cleaning are included in the rental price. Bed linen, towels, tea towels are included in the rental.
Refundable deposit is 2500 CZK / 100 EUR payable locally. Pets are not allowed.
Bachelor party and other similar celebrations cannot take place in this accommodation.
